The booking contract
By confirming your trip with Qallariy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you are making a booking on behalf of other passengers, you guarantee that you have the legal authority to accept these conditions on behalf of your entire group.
Once your initial deposit and the required passenger/group information are received, Qallariy will process the payment and send you a receipt confirmation email, along with the corresponding invoice/voucher and a PDF copy of these Terms and Conditions. The receipt of the deposit formally initiates the booking process and system entry with our suppliers; this initial deposit authorizes Qallariy to secure the requested spots and services. Full confirmation of services will be issued upon receiving written confirmation from all suppliers involved and completing the corresponding payments according to the established timelines. Qallariy will then send the Client the Final Official Confirmed Itinerary. In the event that any activity, accommodation, or service in the program is unavailable at the time of formal booking, Qallariy will propose equivalent alternatives of similar quality, concept, and value.
Payments
Initial Deposit: To guarantee and secure your services, a deposit of 40% of the total quote is required. All flights (domestic and international) must be paid at 100% in advance in order to issue the tickets. (Cruises or special accommodations will be governed by their own specific deposit policies).
Balance Payment and Payment Methods: The remaining balance (60%) must be paid no later than 45 days before the trip start date. If payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe, Qallariy reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled by the client.
Bookings made less than 45 days prior to the departure date require 100% full payment at the time of confirmation.
For group bookings, 100% of the total payment must be fully settled no later than 62 calendar days prior to the passengers' arrival.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or direct deposit. All bank transfer fees, wire charges, or transaction costs must be fully covered by the client. The client must send proof of payment to Qallariy in order to proceed with final supplier confirmations.
To ensure the proper delivery of experiences, the client must provide all requested documentation (passport copies, dietary restrictions or allergies, physical conditions, and flight details) by the specified deadlines. Qallariy is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or errors resulting from late or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Our prices are presented free of the General Sales Tax (IGV - 18%), a benefit applicable exclusively to non-resident foreign tourists. To maintain this legal tax exemption, travelers must present their original passport upon arrival and must not have exceeded 60 consecutive days of stay in Peru. If these legal requirements are not met, the client will be required to pay the corresponding 18% tax.
Our packaged rates reflect ethical agreements and reciprocity with our suppliers and partners. For reasons of privacy and commercial agreements, we do not provide itemized or internal cost breakdowns. The invoice or receipt issued will reflect only the total price of the contracted package.
Changes and Service Modifications
Client-Requested Modifications
If, after placing the deposit or initial payment, the client requests changes to their itinerary before the trip begins and services have already been secured with our suppliers, Qallariy will handle the modifications subject to availability. Any additional costs arising from these changes (rescheduling fees, supplier penalties, or fare differences) must be fully covered by the client.
If the client modifies their itinerary independently and without prior notification or written authorization from Qallariy, the company assumes no responsibility for any consequences, delays, or additional costs incurred.
If the client wishes to make changes while the trip is underway, requests must be submitted as far in advance as possible. We will make all reasonable efforts to adjust your itinerary, but we cannot guarantee the availability of new services with our suppliers.
b. Modifications Made by Qallariy
Qallariy will make every effort to operate the trip as planned. However, we reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, transportation, or activities due to changing local conditions deemed hazardous to the well-being of the client or the company. In the event of an operational change, modified services will be replaced with alternatives of similar value, concept, and quality.
The company is not responsible for events beyond its direct control, including but not limited to political or social unrest, strikes, road blockades, adverse weather conditions or natural disasters, flight/train schedule changes or cancellations, as well as sudden illness or health issues experienced by the client.
In the event of Force Majeure, Qallariy will leverage its support network to reschedule itineraries, adapt routes, or suggest alternative activities of equivalent quality. However, Qallariy will not assume any extra expenses or additional costs arising from such unforeseen events, If a service cannot be rescheduled due to Force Majeure, or if the client chooses not to accept the proposed alternatives, Qallariy is not obligated to issue a refund for the activities or services that could not be rendered, provided the company has taken all reasonable actions within its reach.
Cancellation Policy by the Client

Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations

Flight bookings
Flight prices are subject to change by the airline without prior notice, paying the initial deposit does not guarantee the airfare rate; the fare is only locked in and guaranteed once the flight is paid 100% in full and issued. Air tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Flight schedules provided are reference points only and may be modified by the airline. Adjustments to flight itineraries or airline assignments due to Force Majeure or operational reasons do not constitute valid grounds for trip cancellation, nor do they entitle the client to a refund.
Most airfares are non-refundable. Any request made by the client to change dates, routes, or passenger names will be subject to the policies, penalties, and additional fees established by the operating airline.
Qallariy assumes no legal or financial responsibility for extra costs resulting from delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather conditions, strikes, or airport disruptions. It is the sole responsibility of the client to arrive at boarding gates on time; missed flights will not be eligible for financial compensation from Qallariy.
